It’s not a very large Walmart store, but the staff is excellent and supportive. They are welcoming to immigrants. I’ve been working there for half a year now, and I enjoy my time there. The store manager is patient and helpful to both customers and employees, and the staff is always willing to train new team members with a positive attitude.

What is going on with the supply in this store?
Now there’s No Sun Dried Tomato Dressing.
I’ve spoken with other customers and they seem to notice that there’s a lot of items no longer available here?♀️.
Don’t know who does the ordering for this store but it’s bad.
They can never keep their great value coffee pods in stock.
Time to find another store?

Customer service is pretty bad, constantly have issues with the pick up service, from moldy strawberry’s, they pack the bread on the bottom of a bag crushing it, I generally go in to get the groceries but did not because I have Covid, they would rather I come into the store to exchange then deliver…

I was trying to locate a woman’s underwear and I couldn’t find the exact design. I looked around for some help but there was no one to assist.
Later, I found some clothes for $5.00 and I thought it’s a good deal.
I lined up at the cashier where there’s a queue, I avoided the self checkout coz I might end up asking for help because of the sale items. I overheard a lady cashier at the returns counter coming my way with hand sign - that she was going to serve me. I was pleased with her initiative to help, I was done shopping shortly. Good job, Walmart! Thanks so much to this lady.

So I was shopping and was on the electric shopping cart mainly bc I was recently in a accident where I flipped a golf cart and sprained my ankle and hurt my legs pretty bad to a point where I can’t walk most of the time and some old rude and ignorant employe was non stop harassing me and yelling at me and to a point where she jumped in front of my cart and put her body on it and accused me of hitting her with the cart which is completely idiotic and unprofessional great job Walmart teaching employees to have great respect for young kids that’s are injuried ya right lol seriously guys you can do better wow good job guys older employees harassing younger kids in this generation that are just trying to shop stay classy strathroy walmart ?? (and next time have respect for shoppers) Uhhhh I’m furious!

This is the disgusting produce they leave out for their customers. My fault for asking someone in my home to grab me some lettuce, but apparently this was one of the “better” ones out!

Stay away from the Pharmacy in Strathroy Walmart. There is one Pharmacist there that has a god complex and tells you your doctors is wrong and he will not give you an over the counter medication because you look like your on drugs. Fact is I was dying at the time and he labelled me a drug addict and banned me from purchase the meds my doctor told me to get. I was in the worst time of my life as my intestines ended up blowing up that same night. People who judge like this should not work as a pharmacist. This is a person who was put in a place of trust and breach this. I spent the next year in the hospital and 5 surgeries later I’m lucky to be alive. When I asked for an apology twice he told me basically to go away. Please stay away from this place if you want to live find a new pharmacy. I needed HELP and this man labelled me a drug addict NOT RIGHT and he should not be in that position.

I don't understand why this store has two employees working self-serve and don't open another till when there is a huge line. The bagging area was full of pineapple juice, and I had to ask the guy to clean it. Done with this store.
