“I went into Maslack in Sturgeon Falls, ( I shop there when I can and have a cottage nearby). My keyfob for my truck needed a new battery. Not only did the gentleman have the new battery in stock, but he installed it for me without me even asking. All three of the men working there had a sense of humour, were friendly and provided amazing friendly service, even though they could have looked at this as a pain in the neck small thing. They are always helpful whenever I go in and friendly as you enter and leave. On top of that, the man gave me a Maslack baseball cap which I will wear proudly because it represents a great store and great people. Where do you find that today? Almost no where. In a grumpy world, if you want to feel better, go to Maslack. They inspired me and I gave them 10 bucks for coffees for themselves as a gesture of kindness for their great service. A small thing like a battery goes a long way in customer service. Great store, great people. Thank you.”
