To speak to a person you have to go through their call center. This take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours.

Called about house insurance.Gave the guy all the information about the house and he said he would call me back in 20 minutes. That was over a week ago.I would not recommend calling this company.

When I asked if I could get a quote, the person looked at the clock as if they had no time for me. PBL did not want to take the time. Lunch hour was more important.
