I use the parts counter here and they are super helpful. Prices are reasonable, it being a Ford dealership. If they don't have parts in stock they get them fast. One time, sent me a picture by email to make sure I was ordering the right thing.

Remote start would not pre heat windshield and seats. Technician corrected settings and and that solved the Problem. Fast friendly service as always.Thank you.
