“Visited Donovan Auto for the first time after Kal Tire quoted me on a tie rod end problem when I requested a tire swap and alignment. I asked George for a quote on the tie rod and about his availability. Upon inspection, he said it was not a tie rod issue, it was a lower ball joint. My usual mechanic told me to expect the ball joint would be next to go, but he is booking a month out, so I was happy with the diagnosis and the repair at Donovan Auto, who had the chance availability to fix up my ride on short notice. Also, I can walk there, so points for that!”

He was more then willing to help fix the car. I went and picked up parts and returned. He noted then gave me the wrong part and Ordered the correct part from his supplier. Brought my car into Bennetts the next day, they did a full inspection on my car, got a battery, fuse, sensor and wheel bearing for an extremely reasonable cost. Unheard of. Not to mention my car was ready to go the next day. Great service and turnover time. Couldn’t thank you guys enough. I’ll be back for all future repairs!!!!”

This has enabled a car which is seldom driven to survive in the Sudbury cold weather. From beginning to end, the service was professional and fast.
