Customer service is amazing spent 30 minutes trying to find shoes that matched the rest of my wedding party. Worked perfectly we all looked like we knew what was going on. Definitely recommend

the customer service is worst in Call it spring. The girl working there does not even listen to the customers. She was just ignoring and we have to said the things number of times but still she was ignoring and serving only one client.

I had a great time shopping at Call it Spring! They offer amazing deals and a wide variety of products. The staff are friendly and really helpful, making sure every customer is taken care of. Their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend visiting for a pleasant shopping experience!

Just had the worst customer service possible at Spring in the new sudbury mall. I understand it sucks to only have one cash, but when you wait almost 20 minutes for the lady to complete a return/online exchange; have to video call someone for help, and then decide to take another customer while you were mid completing my exchange is wild. Even if she asked “can I take this customer ahead of you” would have been fine. Poorest customer service possible. I had to just walk out and didn't buy the new pair as I was in shock. I feel bad for the one girl as she was just training. Definitely lost a customer there.

I like the styles of the shoes there, but every time I buy a pair of shoes for one of my family members, the right shoe is always smaller than the other. And normally she's a size 11 in ladies. If that's the case, then maybe Call it Spring needs to make a size 12 and a 13 in ladies that way it can fit her. I even have an issue with the mens shoes for myself. Because I'm normally a 9 1/2 to an 11 and again, the right foot is smaller than the size of my foot.If their shoes fit you,Then I say go for it.But if they don't,I wouldn't bother...
