“I had bought a coat that started to come apart at the seams. It was still under warranty so I brought it in to be fixed. Two weeks later I get a call from the store saying unfortunately headquarters no longer had the material to fix it but they'd give me a full refund in store credits. The lady working in the store suggested I come in because there was a sale and my credit would apply to it. Essentially I came home with a replaced coat, 2 new coats, 2 pairs of gloves, one scarf and a handbag. FOR FREE. The ladies help me pick out everything and off I went, bags in hand. All because I brought back a coat that was still under warranty. The costumer service was excellent. Thank you!”
“Amazing staff first off!!!! Lots of different styles,sizes and sales all over the store and there was always a staff member to help!!!! We did my sons back to school shopping there and this was the first time he was ever wanted to come lol I never heard of this store before and now I find my self stopping in once every 10 days lol to see the great sales plus they have a members card too!!!
