I had bought a coat that started to come apart at the seams. It was still under warranty so I brought it in to be fixed. Two weeks later I get a call from the store saying unfortunately headquarters no longer had the material to fix it but they'd give me a full refund in store credits. The lady working in the store suggested I come in because there was a sale and my credit would apply to it. Essentially I came home with a replaced coat, 2 new coats, 2 pairs of gloves, one scarf and a handbag. FOR FREE. The ladies help me pick out everything and off I went, bags in hand. All because I brought back a coat that was still under warranty. The costumer service was excellent. Thank you!

Highly disappointed with my coat. I missed the return by 2 days so now I'm stuck with something I absolutely hate. She told me it would be great for my buck I paid 220$ give or take with taxes and it was the biggest waste of money in my life. It is supposed to be for up to -35 I had put an extra sweater under and was freezing at -6 the hood will not stay up and it's so heavy it's pulls what ever hat I'm wearing off which makes me even colder. It only has 2 pockets and just is not functional at all. A huge waste of money for female coats. My boyfriend loves his so just not a place for women to buy coats.

Whoever the blonde manager is needs a lesson in customer service. She is a rude, ignorant bully. Suffice to say I bought a Canada Goose coat elsewhere. Bought a better coat at a better price without the hassle.
