They have gone above and beyond in helping me get everything prepared for the opening of Radiance Beauty Bar.
They ensured me a fantastic head start to success by providing me with all their product knowledge and warm wishes.
After a rather uninviting service at sallys beauty supply these ladies made me feel welcomed the minute i walked through the door.
These ladies have ensured all my future buisness unless its a product not carried by Cosmo I will always be returning for these lovley ladies!
Thank you for everything you have done to help my buissness gather its inventory you guys are fantastic and I appreciate the time spent answering my endless questions???

I Really enjoyed shopping here. I do wish that they had more olaplex stocked up as I came a couple of times and the shelf was still missing some things .

There have been a lot if people come and go, but this staff is great. They are always helpful and the manager is always going out of her way to assist me and other customers. Whether it is trying to order products or finding a new favourite, Sabina is working hard.

The staff are always warm & welcoming to me. They make sure to make me aware of any upcoming sales which can be incredibly helpful. I’ve been a member at Cosmo-Prof for 16 years now. I’ve seen many staff and managers come and go. Out of all the managers that I’ve dealt with Sabina has always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. I don’t know how she keeps her composure with all the negative customers that she deals with. Every time I go in she greats me with a smile. I think it’s time Cosmo-Prof gives her and the staff a raise. Thank you Sabina for being you. Never let the negative customers infect your attitude. ❤️
