First time I have ever ordered clothing online. Was pleasantly surprised with how accurate the size chart was. Everything fit perfectly and arrived so much quicker than I expected. Unfortunately it will be my first and last time shopping here due to the fact that it said my $15 off coupon was applied but in fact was NOT.

I had a great experience at Eclipse! Selina went above and beyond to assist me. She recommended several pieces of clothing, brought extra to the dressing room, and even offered to give her opinion on the outfits. She was kind and very helpful. Definitely an asset to the store!

Poor customer service, the sales rep dont know how to talk and was rude with me.I bought a coat from eclipse on Jan,08,2023 and wear it first time and right after few hours there were pillings came all over and when i showed them they deny to take it back. I left the coat at store and they kept my money too.. they we’re trying to teach me how things work but its their fault that they are selling worng fabrics to customer..VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.One person says that if you have other recipt then they take it back and somehow when i arranged it i asked their customer service head office ,she said their sales rep does not know the policy.LOW QUALITY CHINESE PRODUCTS.Sales rep, District Manager and Customer service person everyone has different opinions and nobody knows what to say.

Been into Eclipse in the New Sudbury Centre twice in the last week. Was helped by Zoey both times, and she was absolutely fantastic!!! Made perfect suggestions based on the styles I prefer, asked all the right questions & was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the service I recieved from her & will definetely be back! :)

I had an awesome experience shopping at Eclipse! I wasn't really sure what I was looking for, but I was blown away by the friendly staff and large selection of spring/summer clothing, plus they had a lot of different sizes. One employee in particular, Marlie, was exceptionally helpful with her suggestions and now I have replenished my wardrobe for this season. I recommend this store!!!!
