If your planning on buying any apple products you are far better off with buying directly from apple or another retailer . I purchased an iPhone 16 prior to Christmas with a jump plus branded screen protector and was told I had a year warranty , the employee failed to mention that in the warranty I'm only aloud 2 replacements at half the cost of the full price for the screen protector, considering the cost and the lousy terms of the warranty I would of opted for no screen protector and would of purchased it from Amazon.Within a couple of days of having the screen protector on , it cracked within a case . They are made extremely cheap and do not cover the entire screen. For the price of what you pay for this lousy screen protector and would be subject to paying a percentage of a replacement , anyone is far better off buying a pack of 3 screen protectors from Amazon ! With the cost you can purchase 9 screen protectors on Amazon and do it yourself ! This is without factoring the partial cost of the replacement jump plus charges . Do not fall for jump plus' branded products and warranty they are garbage and are not worth the premium price .

I've attended the Jump store a number of times looking for a Christmas gift. I dealt with Surbhi who was great to deal with. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. Thanks for the great service

Called them ask for availability of iPhone 16 pro, get told it’s in stock. I came there all the way from south just to find they don’t have it. Said they thought I was looking for pro max? Bro wtf? not really professional at all.
Two stars for telling me my broken ass iPhone 12 worth 44$.

Why can’t I give a no star rating? Please do not go to this store if you need service for your devices. I took an iPad Pro and later Apple AirPods to them since both devices had problems.
The iPad just stopped working and everything was frozen. The employee spent 2 minutes looking at it and said it was garbage. He quickly pulled up new iPads on his monitor to try and sell me. I decided to get a second opinion, and took it to a small computer repair business. Lo and behold they were able to fix it and that was two years ago and I’m still using it. It cost me $200 versus buying a completely new iPad.
As for the AirPods, they were almost new. I had only charged them once and when I went to charge them again, the cable would not plug in. I took them to jump and they said they were broken as well. Luckily, my daughter had a spare charger and brought it over for me. When I looked at both chargers, I could see that something was inside my new AirPods. I took a little pin, and carefully pulled out a staple looking piece of metal. Lo and behold, I fixed it and the cable plugged in perfectly.
Moral of the story do not trust the people at jump. They are either unskilled and unable to diagnose problems or they are only interested in making a buck by making a customer buy new. Please do not waste your precious time or your hard earned money at this store!

Went in to upgrade from an iPhone 11 to 15 (paid for the phone outright and traded in my 11). Staff assured me they would be able to complete the data transfer within the hour (40$ fee for transfer). Ultimately had to leave my phone overnight so they could complete it despite them already having 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete it. When I arrived the next day they required an additional 2 hours to complete the process. No compensation or apology for the inconvenience on my end. Staff continually gave different reasons for the delays and assurances of “only 15 more minutes”. Overall the staff seemed very inexperienced and lacked knowledge on Apple products. Standing in the store for a couple of hours made me realize that this is not an uncommon occurrence. Subsequently they lack effective communication skills and are unable to sufficiently address concerns and questions of older or less knowledgeable customers. I only went here as they offered a somewhat competitive price for an iPhone 15. I would not recommend using this store and instead dealing with Apple directly. Furthermore do not send your grandparents on their own to this store as I simply do not trust the staff not to mislead them.

Called 10 times throughout the day. Never heard back once. Sent an email and have yet to hear back.
It’s clear that they only care about sales and not customer satisfaction.

I bought a new iPhone and less than a month the GPS stopped working due to a manufacturing defect, Jump+ fixed it in two days and is working great now. I just want to say thank you for your professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend this place to get your device repaired.

Great experience with the staff at this store especially the manager. Took my MacBook in for repair and they were great about getting the diagnostic done and liaising with a Jump+ store closer to where we live to ensure the repair could be completed there. They have been training new staff and are doing a great job getting everyone up to speed in a busy store. The staff were friendly and helpful!
