  My husband was looking for insulated pants. We had gone to other locations but none in his size were in stock.
  He went to Long Lake locations which said online they had 1 pair in stock.
  He couldn't find them on the shelf. The girl working there (Sherry) went out if her way to search for that 1 pair. She was very helpful and pleasant.
  Husband is very happy with service.

  This place is a SCAM, manager was very rude. They had 20% off sale prices one was labeled “dakota dyed workshirts clearance 20% off” so I decided to pick one up along with some other items. I noticed they hadn’t applied the sale to the shirt and reminded the cashier who was nice but he asked his manager for help and she was very rude. She told us they were not on sale and apparently my bad I didn’t look at the fine print on the sale sign that includes an alphanumeric product code which i was supposed to check to the shirt and only the one specific colour and type was part of that sale. She told me that was my bad. What I was thinking at first is just lazy/poor merchandising by the manager and she was embarrassed and lashing out however this seems to be a deliberate predatory sales tactic so that when people go to the cash they either don’t notice or care that the sale is not applied. It was probably only like $2 off but I left my items and will never shop here again. Additionally I tried to find my girlfriend some work pants and they had absolutely none in female sizes which is crazy. Do better mark’s and please review your management and buisness practices and try to be more ethical next time.

  Don't go there if you have a service dog, or a service dog in training. Staff at front (dark brunette) could use some training dealing with people who have a SD with them.
