“Found out this pet store you can wash your own dog. He has everything you need, shampoo, apron. The only thing you need to bring is your towel. The owner is extremely knowledgeable. My border collie does not take to to many people (high strong) but when the owner handled him my dog was totally relax. He recommended a fish oil when I told him how dry Bandid skin was. Never pushed for the sale. I have been using it for a couple of days and his coat is so shiny and I have already noticed his scratching himself less. I will now only go to this pet store even thought it's out of my way!!”

“I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of natural supplements they have! My partner is up in Sudbury for work and told me about this place, I hopped onto the website and was surprised at the variety they had. I sent him in with a list and we have been very happy with the products we have been using for our 3 dogs.

“Staff are always nice and on this occasion, very accommodating. We drove 25 mins to this location and showed up with shampoo and our stinky dog. The clerk told us the bath stations closed a couple of mins earlier. Once she saw how disappointed we were, she let us scrub our pooch before closing time. :)”
