“I have always had really wonderful experiences with the staff in this store. They are always so polite, organized, and always know exactly how to help in any situation. However, every time I’ve been in (which is often), I have noticed that the same employee consistently mistreats their coworkers. I believe their name starts with a J, but I could be wrong. Her rude comments to the staff often happened in front of customers, hence this review, making an awkward and uncomfortable environment for everyone. I literally watched one of the employees walk away from the conversation visibly upset. Truly so sad, as everything else about the store is lovely.”

“Found out this pet store you can wash your own dog. He has everything you need, shampoo, apron. The only thing you need to bring is your towel. The owner is extremely knowledgeable. My border collie does not take to to many people (high strong) but when the owner handled him my dog was totally relax. He recommended a fish oil when I told him how dry Bandid skin was. Never pushed for the sale. I have been using it for a couple of days and his coat is so shiny and I have already noticed his scratching himself less. I will now only go to this pet store even thought it's out of my way!!”

“Staff are always nice and on this occasion, very accommodating. We drove 25 mins to this location and showed up with shampoo and our stinky dog. The clerk told us the bath stations closed a couple of mins earlier. Once she saw how disappointed we were, she let us scrub our pooch before closing time. :)”

Today I lost my status card and associate Ash found it and turned it in to her manager ... I am so grateful for her concern and honest in handing it over to the proper team leader.thank you thank you. To the assistant store leader Derek Forsyth thank you for handling this in professional manner and contacting me that it was found. I appreciate and I'm extremely grateful for your fast response in making sure I was notified quickly. Derek had assisted me on several occasions on giving advise on certain products .
