I brought my computer in on the recommendation from a co worker and this shop did not disappoint. The owner worked on my computer that night and called me as soon as it was done as I told him I desperately needed it for work. He was transparent and fair with the repair and explained exactly what the issues were. Thank-you for the excellent service.

I Called them today as this store came up when I was looking up where to sell my computer. The lady who answered was kind and helpful. I was asked to bring it in, and if everything was like I said over the phone they would pay the agreed upon price. I was there for 4 minutes before I was getting the money for my laptop:) very easy, quick, and kind experience.

A short tale of my Experiance and why I won't be procuring my PC from Ron's. I went to the address listed online. First warning should have been the different business name signage in the store. Walked inside one grumpy older individual was sitting behind a PC. "Is this Ron's computers" Yeah was the only response no can I help, no what do you need no what are you looking for just a Curt "Yeah" no eye contact and no engagement.

Asked if they had any tools for purchase to reset my motherboard's CMOS.Whoever answered the phone was pretty rude, didn't know what CMOS is and suggested I bring the whole thing in because they don't give advice/tips out for free as "they need to make money".All I was asking was if they used tools other than a screwdriver to reset my motherboard's CMOS pins as the battery is hidden under the I/O shield area, and if they sold them.This PC store is just old head, stick to CC online.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The owners are always friendly and willing to help or make a deal. Only place I trust in sudbury for TCGs or Models.

Speaking for the tabletop gaming side, the staff are knowledgeable and passionate about the games they sell, and have a good amount of stock if you're looking for something in particular. Normally a few customers around for a pickup game of Warhammer or Xwing.
