RPM offers a level of expertise like no other. Jim and his team go above and beyond every single time. They are incredibly knowledgeable and their work is always as promised. They are 100% trustworthy. Lori is a delight and always a pleasure to deal with. RPM gets your vehicle in and out in a timely manner, prices are competitive, and service both in the shop and at the office is spectacular. I trust RPM with all of my work and personal vehicles and look forward to continuing to do business in the future.

At RPM Auto, I found a level of service that exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Jim and his wife run a tight ship, but it's their friendly demeanor and genuine care that make all the difference.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Jim and his wife took the time to listen to my concerns about my 1993 Lexus, and they wasted no time in getting to work. Their efficiency was impressive, but what stood out even more was their attention to detail.
What I appreciated most about RPM Auto was their fairness when it came to pricing. They were transparent and upfront about costs, which is something that's hard to come by in the automotive industry.

After being scammed by another mechanic shops in town, we found RPM and they have been a lifesaver to our vehicles ! I’m so glad we have Jim and his team to keep us safe on the road . No matter what the issue is they get our vehicle in fast and repaired at very reasonable costs . I’m happy to say I know a mechanic that is the real deal! Thanks RPM!

I decided to bring my vehicle to RPM Automotive after a minor accident for them to look over my vehicle. I was so impressed with their level of customer service and thoroughness. There was also an adorable dog in the waiting area that loved a good belly rub! I will definitely return to RPM for future service on my vehicle.

Pretty new to Sudbury, didn’t know any shops here that we could trust yet. Every step of this process was so easy and accommodating. From speaking with Lori on the phone, I instantly got the sense that we would be taken care of here and wouldn’t be screwed around. Very warm and welcoming all the while being extremely knowledgeable and professional.
When I brought my vehicle in, Jim diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently and fixed the problem within the hour. He was just as personable and welcoming and willing to fully explain the issue while also being straight to the point.
Overall, we have definitely found our go to garage that we will not only continue to bring our vehicle to, but also recommend to friends and family.

My transmission system was hit and left a hole on it which led to the fluid run out of control. Luckily I brought my car to RPM just in time and had Jim fixed within 2 business days.
