Whats the point of being open 24hrs if the employee doesn't answer the phone or speaker. I required a receipt for my accounting & you're too lazy to refill the pump paper rolls, answer the phone or speaker? Replace this person and find someone who doesn't nap in the office during the night shift.

Very unprofessional.
Car wash dosnt work all time even the staffs are also not cooperative.
