Parts guy was nice and Knowledgeble. However the service dept is a joke and have no idea what an appointment means, then comes the attitude.

Love going to yamaha and awesome service but them guys at the parts desk using those computers need to know what customer priority is almost every time I show up to the desk they always take about 5 10 minutes before serving you as they won't take there eyes off there screens plus even woth customers they take to long and talk for too long and most people wait about 30minutes in line due to them ether not serving you due to thinking the computer is more important or they chat for to long

Needs better signage how to get into the building as there's two other businesses in there. As for the parts that I was looking for they didn't have them.
