Absolutely love The Plus Factor. Quality clothing at great price points. Canadian made as well as they have their own line of beautiful clothing, Black Labb that fit perfectly for every type of woman. The staff are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I buy 99% of my clothing here. Love love love!

I was shopping for a Christmas party worthy outfit. Having to shop all afternoon, I was about to quit until I fount The Plus Factor shop. My very first time, I wasn't expecting to find anything but I went in. This lady came right up to me and offered my help. She knew my size just by talking to me, IDK how she did it but 15 minutes later I was about to drive home with the perfect outfit. I wish I had found this shop a long time ago. Do not lose that sales person she is the best.

This is the best ladies clothing store I've found in Ontario. Becky and her staff are a pleasure to deal with. They have clothing that fit real women. Highly recommend this store

This is my favorite place to shop. I am always greeted with a genuine smile and hello. The staff know their clothes and and how they fit. I get honest feedback and they truly want me to look my best. I always get complimented when I wear clothes that I have purchased from The Plus Factor. These ladies are awesome!!!

The staff are amazing, very helpful. The clothes are high quality, 50% of my wardrobe is from The Plus Factor. If you have not done so yet, stop by their shop and check out their Black Lab line, it's fabulous!!!
