Nice clothing but not really size inclusive. They only carry boring colours in bigger sizes (grey, navy blue, dark green). Been watching the website and asking for years about pink and purple etc items they carry but in bigger sizes and still nothing.

Went to positive inception to pick up an order for a friend and left with a smile and some amazing apparel. Ryan is very helpful and knowledgeable on not only what he had is store but also how each article fits specifically, Ryan was an amazing help with everything. The clothing is all great quality whether you are looking for work wear or leisure apparel with a lot of the items promoting/contributing to a good cause. 10/10 will be returning for more.

I went to Positive Inception for a corporate order and Ryan did not disappoint! My team all recieved gorgeous, comfortable Positive Inception hoodies with our corporate logo on them and everyone is so pleased! I always enjoy visiting the shop. The clothing is great quality and highly recommended. My husband and I went there for Christmas the service was amazing and so friendly. I tell everyone I know to check The Positive Inception out. So so worth it.

Living in Lively, I kept meaning to stop in when I was in the area but honestly, I never am. I saw an online sale and decided to purchase a sweater so I could be part of the Positive Inception team. Wild coincidence that I happened to be in the area the very next morning. I spoke to Ryan and asked if there would be any way that I could get the sweater now even though I ordered it last night when they were closed. He had zero issues with this and helped me immediately. I tried the sweater on and unfortunately it just wasn't nice on me but I just made this poor man rush my order so I wasn't going to say anything. I think he noticed as he let me know if I didn't love it, I could easily pick another thing. I tried a different sweater and size and I loved it so much! Ryan made it seem like no big deal and prompted me to do the swap. I am very happy with it and appreciate that he made the whole ordeal so pleasant for me. I also purchased a lovely piece of jewelry that his mom makes. How cute is that? I will make a point of returning and getting more PI things!
