One reviewer appreciated the great hospitality and the helpful staff, especially "HD." Another customer was impressed that their oil change lasted longer than the recommended time. A first-time visitor was satisfied with the fast and efficient service, while another customer felt respected and learned valuable information about their car. However, one reviewer had a negative experience where the team forgot to reinstall a skid plate, leading to an argument and an unpleasant situation. The owner later reached out to the customer, addressed the issues, and the customer's subsequent visit was a complete turnaround, regaining their confidence in the business.
