Great from the moment I arrived all the way until the car had been purchased, and after that.
I purchased a 2016 Golf R sometime in August and from the minute I got there, they were hospitable. Signing the paperwork was a breeze and they even went out of their way to drive an hour from Sutton Ontario to drop the car off while I was working, in Bolton. I can't recommend these guys enough. I'd gladly drive an hour out of my way to shop there, again. Thanks AJ, Kiana, and all the staff at Unicar!

The first car I purchased quickly had issues which Hamis tried to repair, unfortunately it required some major repairs. Hamis worked with me and we managed to find a replacement vehicle that was a good fit with my needs. Unicar always made me feel welcome and went beyond what a typical used car lot would do for a customer. It was a long drawn out process but it worked out in the end.

I am from the Yukon but was looking for a very specific year and model in manual that I found with this dealership (mine was destroyed in a hit and run). Kiana was easy to deal with and very friendly and patient while we figured out the logistics to ship it up north. The car arrived clean and as-described! Thanks again guys!

My wife and I visited unicar recently, but we were extremely disappointed with the service. The young lady working at the front desk was rude and ignored us for a while and was on her phone. We had some questions about a used car that we saw in their lot, and when asking about the engine and transmission , the salesman whose name was Hammy got offended and proceeded to tell us in a very heavy accent that this is “obviously” a used car and it won’t be in perfect shape and would not give me a direct answer to my questions about the car parts. As he got more upset, my wife and I decided it was best to leave as this is not the kind of service we were expecting. As we were pulling out of the property, we noticed him glaring at us from the window and he did not stop until we were out of sight. Do not visit this dealership if you are looking for any kind of decent service.
