Called and spoke with Michael about getting Havelock Wool for my van conversion. I live in the Yukon and they found a way to truck it up at a significantly reduced rate over a courier or mail. Michael had it shipped out the same day! Friendly and great service. 5/5 for customer service! Thanks!
