“Many thanks to Chris for troubleshooting with me, trying to find ways to plug a drain that's flooding my basement. He went above and beyond his duties. Connected me to plumbing team in town that would help us right away.”

59 Peel St, New Hamburg ON N3A 1E6
“Granny's Basement (in the basement, of course), is one of our favorite stops in New Hamburg. It's hard to drive by without as topping in. It's a treasure trove of things you need and things you need when you see them. Yesterday I bought an indoor grill for $40 that is $189 at other hardware stores and on Amazon. Last week I got a Set of Henkel flatware for 20% of the regular price elsewhere. My husband picked up a basket of hardware and plumbing items that he said we're almost a steal. We replaced all our toilet seats for $10 each. The owner and staff are always friendly and incredibly helpful. It's a very clean and welcoming store.”

“Needed paint tips of which I know nothing about. Lady in the paint department with black hair was very helpful answering all my silly questions. She had much patience with me. Highly recommended.”
