I had a difficult situation with been evicted by a landlord that was able to evict 11 units to short term rentals. I was having a hard time finding a new place. I thought My only options was to put my furniture in storage. Access worked with me all the way with.

The counter person was great with me. Took me around and showed the units that would best fit my move. She took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions.
The only thing I was not impressed is when I was inquiring 2 months ago about the units online I felted harassed by the phone calls and then the emails. It was just asking for prices and size of units. I almost didn't go to see the units because of that. I changed my mind to give it another chance by walking in. That was the deal breaker .
I do not recommend the online business as the aggressiveness for the push of a sale for the units is a huge problem that people just walk away from it and source other places.
If its 1 curtisy follow up call afterwards then it would be ok.

Totally different then our last 2 storage experiences. Friendly service on the phone and in person. Excellent gate entry. Raises up instead of sliding.
