While trying on dresses, Vanessa walked us through all the possibilities for customization—turning a dress with straps into strapless, changing the back, adding sleeves, and even adding intricate details to the sleeves. She truly brought my vision to life.

Every alteration was executed perfectly, and my dress fit absolutely beautifully. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or friendlier, more talented staff. Vanessa and Erika are truly the best!
