Trash bank. Trash Branch. Had to deal with this branch for estate related transactions. Not only are they completely incompetent to the degree of a simple “hello” to their customers, No one has a clue what they’re doing here, they have to call their 1800 number to get confirmation on everything they do and they still screw everything up with the help of the corporate doorknobs on the phone. It’s rather disgusting that these banks think they have control over other peoples money.I will go ahead and give Mark a special shout out for helping me out after my 5th visit who could tell I was completely fed up with dealing with this branch. It’s unfortunate my case couldn’t have been assigned to him right from the beginning.

Format is weird for a bank. The tellers are so close to the clients.

My favourite RBC branch to go to. Nice tellers, never had any issues with my card. ATM’s are fast and easy to use. I’ve never had any issues with this RBC branch.

Doesn't matter what bank you go to hands down worst bank ever advisor signs me up says no fees 3 months later say he made mistake and now there will be fees after I got all these accounts open and management was really road his name frank or Franky you may not believe it but I have it all via email and it's just a bunch unprofessional and sorry that other branches will get these reviews but maybe someone on top can fire the manager Paul Wang for the lack of knowledge and customer service... This is people life's and money they are playing with stay away.

Stepped into this branch recently to do an important transaction and the while the staff was reasonably helpful, the employee who was handling my transaction was Way too pushy trying to sell me an RBC product. She also gave me wrong info and I was charged a small fee for a transaction when she said it would be free. She just kept going on and on about some product and expressed her fake disappointment and whatnot. Please, I'm just trying to get something important done here. Read the room. And don't ask me questions that don't concern you. I decided to take my business elsewhere bcs you folks didnt fit the bill for me after my research, just stop it with being pushy. It was almost like she was trying to exploit someone who was new to the system.

Being a long time RBC client and have had many mortgages with them I was disappointed with the service I received from a female mortgage advisor at a different branch. (Not to name anyone) So I brought my business to a mortgage broker instead. What a huge mistake that was. With all broken promises and hidden costs the broker left me high and dry 1 week before my closing date and needing a bridge loan. Calling RBC's 1-800 number they put me in touch with the best and hardest working mortgage advisor I have ever had Sheri M. Sheri not only worked late hours in a crunch time to get me my mortgage and bridge loan. She provided excellent service that I can never repay her for and I think she is the unsung hero of this branch and RBC. I strongly advise RBC for mortgages and investments.

What an embarrassing transition from what I thought was the worse bank-National Bank of Canada. RBC made numerous errors when switching my mortgage and banking over to them. Offered me no fee banking and charged me for 3 months-ultimately refunded but took 3 months to get it right. Also tried charging me mortgage insurance payments which I emphatically denied. Good thing I read contracts. Not impressed thus far.Follow up- RBC has continued to charge me banking fees- the entire reason I left NBC. 4 months in and I have to call every month end to get a refund. This is essentially theft. On hold closing in on 45 min.Update-advisor called me, had a static issue with his mic. Hung up on me. Didn’t call back.As a follow up. I’m not sure how things can get any worse with RBC. AS A lure to get me to come to RBC I was promised fee free banking. Then I’m told I will need to have 3 products so I relent setting up a chequing, mortgage, credit card and tfsa account. Then they tell me i need $500 in my tfsa acct. And the final straw they have charged me $25 and I haven’t even made a transaction. So what is the sense of this promotion? Biggest scam ever. I’ll be leaving RBC ASAP.

I came from a small credit union, and have never looked back. Reasonable business hours, lots of parking. Staff are always upbeat, down-to-earth, helpful, and efficient. I thought I would miss the personalized service from my CU, but they managed to exceed my expectations significantly. I refer everyone here!
