“Best Value Ice Cream in the village. For $5 you get a Massive scoop of delicious ice cream. I was shocked at how big a Kids Scoop is and I got a single scoop in a cup that felt like over 2 scoops lol. I had the Salted Caramel Truffle and what a treat. Cotton candy was good too. Kids loved it.My advice to the store is stay open past 9pm on weekends and open before Noon as we would have stopped by before checking out the next day. I imagine people would buy ice cream well into the night in the summer.I hear other reviewers when I see posts about service. At the end of the day, Blue Mountain is filled with mostly youth doing hard work and you can sometimes get the vibe they would rather be somewhere else. Our server took our order promptly and gave us our order without issue. What would have made it more exceptional is a big smile.”

My kids and I stayed in the village mid-August and had a lovely time.
This store, however, was our worst experience. We went on our last day for some souvenir t-shirts and a few other things to commemorate our stay.
I was charged twice for the same purchase as the cashier said the first one didn't go through. Trusting her, we went about our day and returned home. The purchase was close to $200.
I discovered upon returning home (2 hours away) that they had, in fact, charged me twice. I immediately called the store. No one answered and I left a voicemail. Nobody called back. I called repeatedly and no one answered. I called the next day and left another message and went scouring to find an email.
I did finally connect with someone who assured me that the refund would be coming my way - a cheque requisition had been initiated - and that was a couple of weeks later.
I am a reasonable person and I'm generally patient. It is now three months later and I still have not been refunded despite repeatedly emailing this same person. I am clearly being ghosted and am appalled at their lack of decency around customer service and satisfaction.
UPDATE: I have changed my rating as reaching out to the resort itself resulted in swift action being taken to have my money refunded to me. Thank you to Christine and then Alex, for making this happen. (the turnaround once they were involved was only a few days)”
