It took 1 hour to make 2 pizza and chicken wings, 2 employees were running back and forth to handle store. Even after waiting 1 hour pizza wasn’t made properly. No options to give zero stars that’s why I gave 1 star.Owner should really put at least 4 employees.Ridiculous ?

Pizza was delicious. I wanted them to prepare it the most vegetarian way in terms of washing hands, using veggie cutter etc. They did them meticulously.

We ordered pizza to go. Who expects to wait an hour for pizza to come out of the oven??! The service was appalling, and seating wasn’t available for customers who ordered food. Maybe it’s because the students who were hired don’t care for faster service.

We came to visit the area and decided to grab some pizza. My son said it was the best pizza ever. We've been to many Pizza Pizzas but your pizza is #1!

Used to order panzarottis here about once every two months and really liked them, but I've found within the last 6 or so months the quality has really gone downhill. Barely any taste to them, poor quality cheese and a burnt and hard crust. Don't recommend going here.

I've been to a lot of pizza pizza franchises. I will start of by saying the quality is top notch! Great service and hot delicious food at the time it is promised to be ready. If I had a choice I would make this my main location for pizza pizza if I didn't live 2 hours out. I will say this will be my only pizza pizza location in Thornbury.

Clean place but bad pizza. Toppings did not even looked it was cooked. I guess they need to adjust their oven to cook more from top. As a chef myself in high end restaurant, I know what I'm talking here. Hope someone can look into their ovens and train the cooks how to figure it as well in future mistakes.
