Bayview I.D.A. Pharmacy is a gem in the Thornhill community. The pharmacist is incredibly accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure patients feel cared for and supported. One of the only pharmacies that still gives a personalized approach and genuinely cares —highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Bayview IDA pharmacy that I just had to share! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided helpful recommendations for my needs.
The pharmacy was well-organized, and I was impressed by how quickly my prescription was filled. I also appreciated the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the store. It’s clear that they prioritize customer service and care about their clients.

This pharmacy is fantastic! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about their patients. They take the time to explain things and answer any questions, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
I love how personalized their service feels—they remember your name and make you feel valued. They’re also super quick and always have what I need in stock.

After having worked across Canada, and have dealt with many different pharmacies across this land. This small, I think family run pharmacy is the best. They are kind, always professional and will go above and beyond to help anyone that walks through their door. They’re the best pharmacy I’ve ever used as a regular customer and will be going forward. Btw, giving them a heads up on any future Rx refills is always appreciated. They’ve always had my requests filled when I arrive. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Personal service. I left EMERGENCY with a script that I needed right away. Late on a Saturday. Turned out the hospital doc had left out important info.The backup pharmacist spent 20 mins on the phone to the hospital sorting it out.

If you are looking for a Pharmacist who really cares, Ash is the guy for you! When I went through breast cancer a few years ago, Ash looked after all my meds.?His caring, thoughtful and personal approach helped me get through it all. I will never be able to thank him enough.?

I am currently a third year pharmacy student in the process of trying to gain more knowledge about the community pharmacy career path.
