I went yo Blue Notes at Promonade today. Both Sam and Neha assisted me big time last night. Today returned to do an exchange Neha was very very helpful with positive attitude and patiently helped my mom and I with our purchase. Wish them both success in their future careers 🙏💯

Disgusting behaviour, the manager of this place is a very unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful person. Horrible person in general, send her back to her training and teach her some manners, she thinks world revolves around her. Her being on the phone during work is funny as well. Very unprofessional manager, dont understand how someone would let this kind of a person lead the store, very immature and by her communication and listening skills its obvious she is lacking them. Hope you read this and fix yourself young lady. Disgusting.

I had an unpleasant experience with the staff at this store. They were rude and didn't allow me to make a purchase of 2 pairs of jeans. I was escorted out simply because I entered the fitting room with a friend, not knowing it was against the rules. I'm a reasonable person, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. My friend immediately left when told, but the employee began banging on the door and demanded I leave the store. One female employee, who had a somewhat masculine appearance, was extremely displeased that I had come in and was rude from the start while I was looking for the fitting room. The store has great products and reasonable prices, but with such employees, I won't be returning and won't recommend it.

"It's awful! At first, we felt like the employees didn't want us there. Then we went into a fitting room, not knowing it was against the rules. If they had told us it wasn't allowed, we would have left willingly. Instead, we were kicked out and threatened with the police!"

A new staff member had a fight with me today and when I called the store to talk to the manager, the same staff member was pretending as a Store Manager, so ill-mannered and rude!! (short hair, fat, wears shorts and tom-boy looking girl) HAS WORSE ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN AT ANY STORE! No smile while acknowledging the customers and her poker face is ridiculous!! Sorry Bluenotes, you just lost a loyal customer today! I know Abey since a decent time now ( the store manager) but since I am not going back to the store again, I'd ask her here, if she cares about this job to ask that tomboy girl if she has any retail store experience or this is her first job at clothing brand store?? Please educate your staff for this Thornhill community to be served better!!!

DO NOT shop in this store, the employees are soooo rude, they don’t even acknowledge their customers. I was in there a few weeks ago looking for cardigans, I was walking around the store trying to find them. 2 girls who assumed worked there saw me and just simply ignored me. Finally I had to go up to one of them and ask if they had any cardigans and that I saw one I liked online. The girl just said pointed and said over there somewhere. I was so upset with her response to me, I wanted to walk out right there and then, but I didn’t, instead I just kept looking for the cardigan and finally found them. I had to try them on in front of the rack, I was not even offered a fitting room. Very disappointing customer service in that store and management should be aware of this. I will definitely not be going back there ever again. The 2 employees looked like they didn’t want to be there. I just wish I could give 0 stars. NOT IMPRESSED!!

Rude employee. I sympathize with retail workers but maybe not with her. There I was minding my own business with my kids and about to get close to a nice pants when this employee( a short woman with a short hair with highlights, chinky eyes) pushing a trolley full of clothes suddenly appeared on the side with her eyebrow raising at me as if I did something wrong. As a fast response, I said sorry and she showed an indifferent face as if annoyed. She continued giving my kids attitude while they were going on the side for her to pass. With such confusion I talked and said “IS SHE MAD AT ME? DID WE DO SOMETHING WRONG?”I was not going to leave any reviews, but I think the management in this particular branch needs to know. Employee behaviour should be addressed accordingly as to customers vice-versa. And also, NOT TO MY KIDS. You can’t even spell my name right. THANKS.

Awesome store with a pretty good selection, they had a deal where they marked down their jeans to 10 dollars. Very satisfied.
