I have been dealing with Romi for a long time now. It is a great idea to have a working relationship with a wholesale diamond expert/ custom jeweler. It can save you thousands of dollars over your lifetime. He's not like knowing some guy who owns a jewelry store where you can't sell what you buy and get your money back. Those guys buy from Romi.My wife thinks it's great that I know him! She lost an earring once and he was able to make an exact replacement. His prices are great.The way it works is that you go in pick a diamond and show him a picture of what you have in mind and he'll have it made. He'll even tell you if your taste is wrong! I once showed him a picture of a ring I wanted and he told me that he couldn't make something of such low quality! I couldn't tell, but he could and looks after his customers. He has working relationships with jewelers who can make what you want or even your custom designed jewelry.Tangible Investments: Coloured diamonds can be considered investments and appreciate in value. They're not as liquid as securities, but Romi can help you sell them if needed. The clear diamonds are not as rare and go up and down with the market prices, so you should invest in the coloured ones.You can get loose coloured stones from him or you can have them mounted and your wife can wear them around on special occasions! It is a much more interesting, exciting, useful, portable store of wealth than having larger numbers on your investment statements.
