“Open on Sunday. The staff was quick/knowledgeable and very accommodating even though he could not reach me by phone prior to pick up. He even broom swept and advised us in advance of the prior damage to the van. A bit more expensive compared to other places nearby but the cargo van is taller.”

“My car has a problem. The dealer checked it and told me that they need order a part which would be delivered from Germany. They scheduled to fix it in 6 days. So I rent a car for 6 days from Advantage Car Rentals Thornhill.
But just after one day Mercedes called me that they received the part and fixed my car.
So I went to Advantage Car Rentals to ask if I can return the car early. The employee Jitin is very nice and honest, he let me returned the car. Their price is very good, no hidden fee. Their service is also very good . The car is very clean.
I would definitely come to this store again if I need to rent a car.

“The customer service at this enterprise is unmatched. Every time I pickup a vehicle the team members are friendly, quick, efficient, and filled with knowledge. I am constantly impressed with their customer service.
The pickup and drop off processes are also super quick and easy.
The only issue is that the parking lot is quite tight when exiting so take it slow when approaching the ramps. Other than that, this place is fantastic!”

“Dee Welcome was amazing! She made what could have been a really stressful situation so much easier. I rushed out of the house on the morning of my pickup and completely forgot my ID. By the time I got there and realized it, I thought my whole day was ruined.Dee was incredibly kind and understanding.
