I took my school carpool to get slurpees. Five girls. I went to pay at the register, got the five straws and gave them to the girls as they were finishing filling their drinks. That’s when I noticed the sign saying sixth drinks are free. I went back to the lady at the register and asked, does that mean I get a free drink? She said no, because I did not give my phone number at the time of purchase. I replied that I would have had I known, and would they honor the promotion anyway. The lady refused. I told her she would have mentioned it at the time of purchase, knowing I paid for five drinks.
I’m sorry, but people this obtuse, rude and lacking in customer service should not be in this position. Circle K, you can do alot better than that sorry excuse of a worker representing your brand.

I asked Shanni who was the cashier to see if the slushie area could be cleaned because there was a garbage cups slushes residue on the floor she yelled at me infront of the customer and said”I’m serving someone” n I responded there is two of you here because a guy with a white turban had come down to check the slush area and we back to the back. The store was smelly and was extremely sticky. Better customer service and tidiness needed.

I recently visited this Circle K and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received! The staff members were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to assist me with my purchases. Not only were they quick to help me find what I was looking for, but they also offered helpful suggestions and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to locate items quickly. Overall, my experience at this convenience store was top-notch, thanks to the fantastic customer service provided by the staff. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Just filthy. Sticky floors that haven’t been washed in a very long time.Half of the slushy flavors were nonfunctional. There were no lids.Just an awful place.

Sold slushies to my young kids but without straws. Twice. Not cool (no pun intended). My kids will feed their insatiable appetite for slushies elsewhere.

Always very rude. Constantly pushing me to buy lottery tickets when I do not ask for them. Today three boys were in there in rollerblades, they were being polite saying that they wanted cool drinks. They were all wearing helmets, they were kicked out of the store and then asked not to even be in front of the store. Here were kids that were outdoors getting activity instead of sitting home playing video games, and punished for it. Meanwhile I was trying to get something for my sick child, and had to wait in line over 20 minutes because they were prioritizing the people in front of me getting nonstop lottery tickets.

The store itself is great but this one employee, Shams is always rushing me to get out of the store and is incredibly rude. He kept yelling at my friends and I for doing nothing wrong and he gave me the silent treatment at checkout. WILL NOT COME BACK UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED
