TERRIBLE experience. Don’t waste your time. The one girl shouldn’t be working there, she has no idea how to do a polish change, or talk to customers with respect. She needs to get her attitude in check. Won’t waste my time ever going back, and will make sure none of my friends waste their time going to a place, where one girl ruins the vibe!!!!!

I've been Helen's loyal customer at Classy Nails on Summeridge and Dufferin since they first opened their doors about 17 years ago. Despite moving away from the area, I choose to make the commute because of the exceptional service they provide. Helen is not only highly professional but also possesses a rare skill in treating ingrown nails, almost like a podiatrist. They maintain a high standard of hygiene and professionalism, staying open seven days a week. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Classy Nails, not so Classy. In January 2023, I got pedicure and manicure with bio gel at this salon, I was not happy about the results. I complained and I was also not happy with the way I was treated. Couple of my Nails were crooked, the white tips were inconsistent in width. The Nails polish on my toes Nails looked like it was done by an 11 year old applying her own nail polish. I complained and the managers attitude rude, uncaring, and frankly discriminating. While, i was making my complain, the girl who did my pedicure and manicure was speaking in her language ( not English) and the others were looking at me and laughing. They were awful! If I treated my clients like this, I probably wouldn't be in business. I am not happy with their work and their behavior. The rudeness was just inexcusable. I will never go back there again, and I will never recommend them to anybody.

Have been coming here for over 15 years for both nail and waxing services and have always been happy with the outcome. The service is always professional and it’s a clean environment!

I've been here a few times for a Mani and pedi. I used to work in the area so it was convenient. This is probably the only place I didn't develop toenail fungus from which is amazing! I tried a couple of other places closer to where I live now and was not happy.Service: Nail painting
