“I have banked with these guys for about 10 years. I was there today because one of my accounts was charging me an inactivity fee and I was a little annoyed by it. The guy who helped me said he had to get the manager to help him sign to close the account, but I didn't realize it was so he could credit me the fee back until after I left. I feel a little bad I was annoyed by the fee but they did the right thing for me. Good job!”
“I have been using DUCA for more than 30 years for all of my business banking needs. Their fees are very low for small businesses, and even lower for personal savings accounts. They also rebate you yearly with shares which can be redeemed for cash (not immediately, but better than any bank will do). They are friendly, Ramsey Fasho, the branch manager has always gone out of his way to make me feel like a highly valued client.They even sponsor "movie night in the park" in Richmond Hill in the Summer for free!I highly recommend you check them out.”
