  This 2 star is for an employee that had to deal with a long line up ALONE. They need to put out more staff or have self checkouts, this store always have a long line up and some items are not well stocked

  My mom bought a $5 item today, she doesn’t speak English, at the cashier she give them $5 but a yonge guy who is the cashier asks for more, obviously the product is plus tax, so on top of the $5 she gives him 2 more toonies ($4) and few cents, cashier takes the extra money without giving her any change and give her the receipt.Cashier is obviously a thief and take advantage of the fact that she doesn’t speak English. What a shame!!

  Seems like the old God's of chaos had a hand in the organization of this store. The toy section was dismantled and sprinkled liberally amongst the other sections, the other sections were mixed with the other sections.Workout equipment next to toys, next to craft supplies, next to winter hats....madnessI suspect I will have to face the lord of disorder themselves to right this tangled web of lunacy.Wish me well upon my quest

  Very unprofessional staff who shows poor attitude as well as lack of proper training. They’re making up their own policies when it doesn’t even exist on the Dollarama website or FAQ. I would assume it’s discrimination and unjust due to lack of professional training and work experience. Dollarama is still a great store, maybe some staffs just aren’t building a good reputation for the store and brand. Overall horrible experience at this store and won’t be coming again.

  Expensive, could not find anything for a dollar. They should change the name to Dollarscam.
