We recently started working with Christina and she is the absolute best! She truly listened to our ideas and what we wanted for our home. We are very happy with the design and furniture she recommended. She also is great at following up and answering all our questions.
The delivery team is also excellent. They are friendly and extra careful moving items.
Our family are very happy we chose Christina and Ethan Allen. We will be recommending them!!!

A GREAT Ethan Allen store!
They had the selection for us to make a decision on what type of recliner to get.
When you call, ask for Diana Curic. A top-notch salesperson. She knows her product and she knows her fabrics.

Ethan Allen offers a wonderful shopping experience, enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Christina. She was incredibly helpful, guiding us to find the perfect dining room set we were looking for.There was a minor issue with the timing of the delivery. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Ethan Allen and appreciate their dedication to excellent customer service.

We have worked with Christina van Eyck for over 7 years and have always been impressed. I was initially scepticle but she has proven her skills many times over.She designed our primary bedroom, living room, eat-in kitchen area, office and dining room so I can definitely recommend her because we love her work!She is excellent because she listens to what people like and always gives you a room you will enjoy. She has great ideas, knows all the available choices of furniture, fabrics, rugs and gives very detailed drawings. She puts a collection together of all the design decisions so you can easily see how things will look together. Difficult, she has a beautiful style which I have always respected.As well, Ethan Allen has beautiful options and everything lasts for years. The delivery people are the most careful movers I have ever met and extremely professional.Our family are so happy we chose Christina and Ethan Allen; definitely recommend them!

One New sectional and 2 Arm Chairs delivered in December 2023. Spiky uncomfortable feathers continue to come out of the furniture. This pricey furniture definitely did not meet our expectations. Awaiting Ethan Allen to address this quality concern.

Christina Van Eyck is excellent to work with as she is very patient with my mattress hunting. When I met Christina at the Thornhill design center, she had been guiding me through to try all of the different mattresses with each of the comfort options at the design center. I did not feel any pressure when I tried the mattresses at the design center when the EA staff were working around. This is another great thing I enjoy shopping at Ethan Allen. The new mattress is thicker than the original mattress, so I also got the mattress pad before the delivery.After the visit, I went to other mattress retailers to try 20 more mattresses. Then I made one more visit at EA Thornhill design center before my final decision. After I made up my mind, Christina provided me with the great assistance to proceed with my purchase.Choosing the mattress comfort level is very personal. You may come to the right mattress from another company. As the returning customer of Ethan Allen, we have witnessed the quality consistency of the decor accessories and big furniture throughout the last 25 years. People may think my words are biased, however, the quality consistency tells everything.The delivery service is punctual and professional which is the same as 25 years ago! On top of the comfort level that met my needs, the mattress that meets the CertiPUR-US® standards is incredible.We got our money's worth at the mattress, the purchase and delivery process. We highly recommend Ethan Allen!

I would likely have given a 5 out of 5 rating if it was not for the extended time to deliver the items. Otherwise, service was great, quality of the dresser and mirror is excellent.
