The store was so clean and the vibe is really cool. The clothes were arranged per collection. Me and my mom had a very easy and enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you for kieran who helped us at fits, he helped us with the sizes and reaching clothes on the wall.

My girlfriend and i visited this location ,and we find a very friendly atmosphere ,two staff with very excellent customer service, thanks to Suzan and Hanna .they put extra effort to help my lady witch she needed help with her wheelchair. The product quality is consistently outstanding, prices were very reasonable. well done girls.

Do not shop here or at Urban Planet. I bought an item from the Urban Planet website and they told me to walk all the way to Forever 21 to return it. How ridiculous is that?I bought a swimsuit that was way too small and didn't fit at all. Sizing information on the website is completely wrong! So I could not try it on. They would not allow me to return even though I have never worn it.And guess what? They allowed me to try on another size of this swimsuit at the store without buying it. So how does that make sense? The one I wanted to return has not been worn... but I can try on another swimsuit without buying it? I am forced to keep a brand new swimsuit that doesn't fit because of the wrong sizing information, but all the swimsuits in your store is used? I don't understand the logic behind this.If swimsuits cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, then why are you allowing customers to randomly try on swimsuits at your store without having to buy it?This should have been simple. I just wanted to return a brand new item. Never worn. Tags still on.Basically, they have a teenager as a manager there that does not know how to operate a business and does the bare minimum to help you. They definitely do their best to make returns a nightmare for you.

The music in the store was not only so incredibly loud, but it was just the most terrible music I've ever had the displeasure of hearing in my life. Couldn't think while I shopped, and I was just so eager to get out of the store.

No Mirrors!Shoppers please bring a mirror with you. They only have mirrors inside each fitting room. You cant believe it that you can not find any mirrors inside this store located at Promenade mall.

Did not like the collection. There are no mirrors, just the fitting rooms area have one inside each room. It felt inconvenient. The lights are also very dull. The clothes are buy 1 get one right now, but all are old clothes, dull.
