Bad service. Found the employees to be rude. I delt with two different people and both of them barely answered my questions - they were doing other things not even looking at me. Used to be a nice place I don’t know if there are new owners or what but I won’t be shopping there anymore.

I was going to rate them 5 stars for excellent service. But the digital photo they provided me was only 400 KBytes. That’s abit too compressed for a PR renewal photo for my parents. The government website said: the resolution is too small. I had to resize the photo via an app.
I purchased a digital copy of a photo: I’d expect something bigger than 1.5 megabytes. Please don’t be this cheap on file storage.

Store Manager is very rude and sarcastic. Impenitent and bad attitude of asking my phone for his system. Did not explain why he must need my phone number and how he will use my phone number. Store Manager thought he is polite, but I suggested that he should take customer service 101 course. Escalated to customer services and customer services promised with follow up email to have the area manager to call, but never happen.
This is not the same Henrys store that I went 10-20 years ago at the same location which I bought all my cameras in the past. I will never go to this location anymore to avoid further bad experience.

Benny helped me with my purchase, reconvened a very good lens for my camera, and was a pleasure to deal with. Allan is a great guy, he is very sociable and extremely pleasant to deal with. These two gentlemen are an asset to Henry's. In terms of equipment, I a saddened that the store looks depleted, not enough products.

Very enjoyable shopping experience! There are all kinds of photographic equipment, and the staff are very friendly and professional. If they have some products in store, they will recommend brands and models that they think are good, and they also support price match (such as Amazon, but sold by Amazon only).

I recently experienced exceptionally poor customer service from [HENRYS CAMERA ]. The representatives were unhelpful, showing bad attitude,lacked empathy, and failed to resolve my issue. Communication was frustratingly slow, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall experience. I would caution others considering this company to be wary of their customer service standards.

I'm a bit puzzled; perhaps it's a Canadian thing. The processing time seems excessively long. I placed an order for an in-stock product right after the store opened this morning. I reached out to customer service, even sent them an email urging them to expedite the process. I assumed all they needed to do was set the product aside and instruct me to pick it up. However, I've waited the entire day without any word from the store. They really need to step up their game for online orders.

Is this location open on New Year's Eve? I ordered a lens online and will pick it up at this location. I hope they can process it sooner.
