If you're reading this review. My suggestion is not to go here..It took them almost 2 months to send my money to the philippine and the worst part; as of now that im writing this review we are still waiting for the full amount. Im currently submitting a complain to the government of canada.. waiting for a response.

Kurakot....I sent 190 Cad yesterday and the rate is 37.45...the teller said it was 7,000 pesos but when it was calculated it was 7115....pesos....where did the 115 go? Tas service charge is 10 cad...hope n get a recipient right away...

i send money on sunday you assured me na wed. or thursday dadating sa account. its already saturday sa pilipinas and until now wala pa rin yung pera nganga pa rin. so we need to wait another 2 to 3 days ganon ba kasi weekend na wala ng bangko. I called 11am to ask what happend you asked for the ref number and my cp number saying you need to check to your main office and told me that you are calling me back its almost 4pm wala pa rin yung call na pinangako nyo! then im trying to call wala na sumasagot sakin? what the HELL?!!! MAGSARA NA LANG KAYO WAG KAYO MANGLOKO!

Dati 3 days lang narereceive ko na bank remittance ko. Ngayon 5 days and sometimes more than 5 days. Were a regular client. Please try to improve your services.

For me, I shouldn't give them at least a star but Google wants me to. If only I had read their reviews about Mabini, I should have sent ☹️the money I sent last July 27, so far nothing, they still haven't received it ?????????

Mabini Express used to be reliable money remittance company. It used to be fast and on time. But now the service has gone bad. I sent money to a family back in July 10,2016. I was told the money will be received on July 14. Today is July 16 and that family is still waiting. This is the second time this happened. This delay happened again last month and the wait was about 2 weeks. To Mabini Express --- You've gone far in establishing your reputations in this type of business and you did it well for many years, but please whatever is affecting the quality of your service right now, be honest to your customers, if one system can no longer deliver it well, tell us! Money being sent back home are urgently needed like for hospitalization, food, tuition fees, to pay debts or what so ever... Delay of your services means delay or interruption of somebody else future or at some point it's a matter of life and death... BE HONEST PLEASE.

Don't ever trust this remittance! they are liars! I worked hard for the money that my brother sent last May 28, but until now June 7, 2016, I still don't have it!!! You are fraudsters!

Sent money on May 25th. They assured it will arrive there Friday, May 27th. As of this time, the money has not arrived. They have poor customer service hotline. Don't transact with this remittance centre. Go to Reliable Peso Remit instead.???
