“My highest of compliments to Bill, the sleep clinician, for providing such outstanding customer service on my first Resmed Airsense 10 CPAC machine.When I received my prescription from my sleep doctor, I was honestly very nervous because there were so many devices and different types of masks that I really didn’t know what to do or even what to ask. Bill was able to relate with what I was going through and relieved my nervousness by listening and understanding my concerns by being candour. He was respectful and professional and provided me step-by-step instructions on how to use the airsense machine as well as answered all questions that I had. Not only that, he was also able to anticipate questions that I would have had from his own experience in the field and ensured that I knew how to take care of myself as a side-sleeper and my equipment from the get-go. I was also comforted by the fact that he would monitor my progress and he actually gave me a call the very next day after my first night to ask me for feedback and to make sure I was okay.My wife has finally stated that I stopped sounding like a new driver improperly downshifting their 18 speed transmission semi on the 401 as she was able to sleep for the first time in a long time. She even told me that it stopped her from filing a divorce certificate at the nearest courthouse too. Thank you.”

“We came to this wellwise branch yesterday and it was a long drive for us but it was definitely worth it. Jackqline helped with the Rooler we needed for my mom and she took the time to assemble it before we reached to prepare it for us as we came close to closing time. There was delay in paper work needed so we couldn’t pick it up same night. Her college Maureen called me this morning and was very nice to follow up and finish the paper work needed and I just picked up the walker needed for my mom. I really appreciate all the kind staff in this branch and I’m happy with the excellent customer service.
