Bill was able to relate with what I was going through and relieved my nervousness by listening and understanding my concerns by being candour. He was respectful and professional and provided me step-by-step instructions on how to use the airsense machine as well as answered all questions that I had. Not only that, he was also able to anticipate questions that I would have had from his own experience in the field and ensured that I knew how to take care of myself as a side-sleeper and my equipment from the get-go.
