My elderly mother had lost her phone and we went to the branch to get a replacement. Ritik was incredible. He provided my mother with a good deal but more importantly, he treated her with respect and kindness. He took the time to answer all of her questions and helped her to not only set up her phone but also to download her items from the iCloud. The whole process took an hour but Ritik didn't rush us in any way. His professionalism made the whole experience very positive.

Came here to the store and Irene did a phenomenal job with her customer service and positive attitude. Not only she was able to resolve the issues promptly but she also offered helpful solutions and suggestions, which made my experience 10 times better. 10/10 service!!

Amazing experience at this location from Assistant Manager Irene (a)? I came in to replace my iPhone as a walk in and was helped every step of the way in regards to switching over and talked through the charges and plans all through out . Every question was explained and not rushed .
Very pleasant to deal with and the overall atmosphere of location was 10/10 .
Hopefully I won’t be back soon , but if I do , this is the location I would choose every time !
