First time going to Royal Compounding Pharmacy this past Saturday and you know how they say a smile makes your day. Unfortunately I did not get her name but her smile definitely made my day. I was told to return within a couple of hours to allow for the compound to be mixed. When I arrived at the time I was told, the product was waiting for me along with a prescription that could have made me feel uncomfortable to receive but again that smile. So professional and pleasant. I'm thinking if this is the regular experience at Royal; they will be my Pharmacy of choice. Thank you

I used to be their customer for several months, visiting them biweekly and last month on every Saturday but today I've had the worst customer service experience ever. One of their employees named Eva or at least that's what she told me her name was, has been so disrespectful towards me that I decided to not to go there from now on.
I went in to ask whether or not my prescription medication was ready for a pick up. Eva was on the phone talking to someone else. She didn't even look at me , let alone answering my question. Well, not a problem as she was busy talking on the phone. I didn't say anything of course, just stood right in front of her waiting for her to be done talking and at least reply with 'Yes' or "No'. Right that moment another customer was standing at cash register to have his order being finalized. Another lady ( nice one ) came up to Eva to ask something regarding to the first customer and Eva asked to hold on to the person she'd been talking to one the phone, not only that she replied to another employee, she also went to the front of the store , by the cash register where the first customer was standing by and finalized the transaction or whatever was going on there, then she came back to the phone, picked it up and carried on with the conversation. All that time I was still standing patiently right where I was, in front of the phone. So , she never minded to answer me with either Yes or No or just a second or anything at all. Totally ignored me ! Maybe it is nothing as you read this comment but believe me this was soooo humiliating and disrespectful that after that my whole day was ruined. There's reason why she did that. Prior going in for a pick up I obviously went in to ask about my prescription being received by fax or not. As I asked that to Eva and she didn't really get what I was talking about, I assumed it was her first day on job which very well might have been. Nobody is born in stores or offices. After all it was the first day for the other employee. Anyways, misunderstandings happen and my assumption was wrong, it was not her first day. Ok, so what? I've never said anything bad or never talked to Eva in a disrespectful manner.
However this was a reason enough to totally ignore me afterwards.
Moral of the story: Do not retaliate when you are a customer service representative because that looks bad and you may lose customers.
Also little things can be sensitive so just be polite especially while communicating with customers and the third -- Do not work in customer service if you have an attitude. Simple as that.
My other experiences with that pharmacy had been amazing, very nice owner or manager and the lady that is most of the time with her, that's why I kept going in there even though I could just get my medicine right from the doctor's office building but I preferred going to Royal Pharmacy because other ladies, manager and other employees were super nice.
Eva however "forced " me to write this review and prevent myself from being their customer in the future.
She needs a better training or being retrained in how to be nice and polite.

Friendly and professional staff always ready to help clients. Ava has been always available and responded shortly on the same day anytime we needed help. She has also done follow-ups each time to ensure our needs would have been completely met. We don’t know how to say “Thank You” enough to Ava to appreciate her time and efforts. Ava is the best ever.

Unreliable service, nobody knows what they doing. My prescription wasn't ready in 2 days when I was told only takes few hours, had to go to a different farmacy.

Never again coming to this pharmacy again. Dropped the prescription before 3 pm, was told by male pharmacist that it’s going to take couple hours, couple hours later and one hour before closing received phone call that they only starting and that it might take another 30+ min, came right before closing nothing was started and nothing ready. Was told to come back next day 10:30-11 and everything will be ready. Called them around 10. next day just to make sure everything is going as planned, was told it would take another 30 min. Came to store 40 min later and was told I have to wait another 30 min. After waiting for 10 min inside was told that they don’t have all the ingredients and that they have to order. Extremely frustrating, disappointing customer service.

I left the prescription for my 7-month-old baby at 3:57, and they told me that it would be about an hour, come back at 5, and they made signs between them to tell me to call first at 5:30 to see if it was ready, but their attitude said all more because the fact that the pharmacy closing time is 6 pm and how I can make to the pharmacy before 6pm, so I didn't even bother to call them. I decided to spend another night badly with high fever temperatures. I return the next day to pick up and they still hadn't done it. They told me if I can back in an hour and since they saw my annoyance asking the prescription. They said 10 minutes. It's the worst service I've ever received. I would have liked to have been told from the beginning that we cannot do it or come at such a time, and I would have decided to go to another pharmacy. I really needed the medicine for the baby.Don’t go if you need urgently.

What an incredible experience! Such nice staff, never a lineup, impeccable service. I’m so glad I was referred to go here.We’re never going anywhere else. You’d be foolish to look elsewhere, this is the place to go for any prescriptions.

This is the place if you want to get your kid's medicine on the same day. I went to a total of 4 compound pharmacy after work 5pm on a weekday. They are all either pick up tomorrow or drug not available until I found this place. Pick it up in one hour and they open late until 8:30pm. Highly recommended!
