My experience with here was the worst I bought shoes but when I wore them to a wedding they hurt me a lot and I almost slipped with them when I tried to return them or tried to exchange then they did not allow and they disrespected me and was really rude I will never go here ever again do not recommend

Issue with my purchase was not resolved as per poor customer service established by business owner. Employees were sarcastic, judgmental and refused to provide manager contact information as they were terrified to be fired (!?!!) Store is in ice age somewhere in terms of customer satisfaction. It is not about employees but business management.

For several years now I have been buying shoes for the whole family, for children and grandchildren, in this store. The quality of the shoes is excellent, a wide selection to suit every taste. I want to say a special thank you to the sellers of this store. This kind of help cannot be obtained in any other store, they show many different options, several sizes so that you can choose the best fit for your foot, they offer different insoles, and they play with the children and give them paper and a pen and a ruler and try to keep the children occupied with something. They offer good service when you are buying if you have an issue they don't have the time of day for you. No customer service after spending $200 on shoes that you have for 1 month not wearing everyday.Buyer beware of no service nothing . A super nice place, great women working there. The two ladies who work there helped me today to find the proper pair of shoes. It took an hour to find a right shoe because I had some restrictions to find this shoe for the workplace. I've never seen such nice and patient salespersons in my life. Every time that my wife and I have visited this store we have found immediate success with finding just the right shoes or and boots. The selection and quality here is spectacular. If you like shoes and good quality then this is the place for you to visit. Everything sold here is made with the finest European quality of materials and of workmanship. What I love most is that it takes almost no time to find something suitable for either my wife or I. If me, in the next five minutes I can find three more equally excellent choices. What is better than that is my wife who is very hard to please always finds the greatest shoes or boots in just a couple of minutes. I can see the excitement on her face. She is thrilled. Me too. I love shopping here also.

Our favorite shoe store. Modern and exciting styles, very comfortable shoes. I've been coming here for years despite living in Oshawa. Always worth the drive. Friendly staff, Lena knows my style and knows exactly what to show me from their new collection. She is very attentive to customers' requests. My mom has some feet issues that makes it hard to find a proper fit, and Lena wouldn't stop till she found the perfect pair. Their inventory is incredible, prices are reasonable for the quality.
