very low efficiency on a thursday afternoon at 5 when there are 10 customer in line waiting and there were only three teller assisting and the line didn’t move for 30 mins, and no one seems coming out and help killing the line. Very disappointing

Friday before a long weekend and you would think more than two tellers would be working, after waiting a hour to get seen by a teller I have to wait more for my change because only 1 employe can go to the back room to get it, tellers allow there friends to skip the line, Jay clearly isn’t a good manager this location is a joke no customer service and they removed the business line! For a bank that made $38.288B in 2021 you can afford to hire more.Do your banking elsewhere…I am cancelling all my services

Absolutely atrocious management. The employees are standing around having pleasant chats while customers wait upwards of an hour in line. There is absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. Half the counters don't have employees stationed during peak hours. The employees apparenrly require two or three people standing behind them to so their basic tasks as tellers. This branch is to be avoided. Better yet, it is a good idea to find another bank entirely.

Worst TD branch ever with the worst employees. The man who was there before closing is terrible attitude. He insulted me and my own daughter. Terrible man and as a Persian person I know he is persian.

Horrible experience with the people. ZERO respect for seniors who are sick! Once notified them that my mom has serious health issues and can not stand while your agent is helping a super healthy customer in a very relaxed manner, was told “PLEASE! My Mom has also Cancer!” Will be changing the branch soon as I found their attitude very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

It is a joke. A well known bank did not check the date before posting the notice in the branch. Haha…. It proves that TD bank is not professional at all.

Sam is an exceptionally intelligent and efficient individual. Whenever I encounter account issues, he promptly addresses and resolves them without delay. I am genuinely grateful for Sam's outstanding support, professionalism, and knowledgeable approach. I am deeply thankful that he is part of this branch, and I am fortunate to have him assist me.
