I had a fantastic experience dealing with Jason and Nicole. They were very professional and pleasant. I went to a couple of auto body shops for comparison quotes and decided to go with ProColor since they were conveniently located and the price was consistent with other quotes. I was very pleased with the quality of the work performed and they were very detailed in describing what was involved and how long it would take. The car was ready on time and no delays whatsoever. I am pleased to recommend this family-run autobody shop to anyone in need.

The worst. At first they were a very nice couple then after paying $3000 for repair and repainting my mechanic pointed out that they left the most vulnerable part untouched. When I called him on it he got offensive combative and would not own up to it. Their language barrier may have played a part in it but he wouldn’t even admit he was wrong. When I went to pay him I paid in cash and he ripped the cash out of my hand. It’s clear the money was more important than my vehicle in fact he said my truck was “too old” which is why I’m trying to keep it up and had rust fixed. I told him to do the rocker panels so he does the top part I can see and leaves the most vulnerable part the bottom of the rocker panel untouched. Would have taken an extra 5 minutes a side to paint but he got smart and said “ I can’t paint your whole old truck for you. No one asked for the whole truck but I asked him to do the rocker panels. He claims it’s not on the sheet but it’s not my fault he didn’t write it down. I even sent him some business and they said he over quoted them. Too expensive. Avoid this shop like the plague if you want the job done right.

Bad things happen to your beloved car and you have to search for a body shop who will look after and restore it back to its former beauty and most of all is honest.
You shop around for estimates and roll your eyes because u know right away they want to take advantage of your bad luck.
When I first walked into Procolor, I was a bit apprehensive, but after speaking with Jason, I was comfortable and got good vibes about his honesty and integrity. He explained the body repair in g
detail and answered all questions to my satisfaction.
I was even more comforted when he told me to shop around. I did, and returned a few days later to give him the business.
After the repair was completed, I picked up the car and was so happy with the workmanship. I spoke to Nicole who took the time to explain the paint process and assured me they follow the paint process to spec and do not cut corners. Then she noticed a stone chip on the plastic film on the hood and patched it to prevent further peeling.

Another nice thing about the Procolor is they also do mechanical repairs. Coincidently, my regular mechanic retired, so this procolor location is now my garage for mechanical repairs.

The service here is great and Jason is very kind and knowledgeable. Got my car fixed and ready when it was promised. The price was fair and the interior/ exterior of my car had also been cleaned upon my pickup! Highly recommend this place!

Nothing but good things to say about Jason and his team. They managed to fit me in last minute, and got the work done to an excellent standard on time as promised. They're also all extremely friendly and professional, which always helps.
I did get quotes from a few other shops, pricing seems to be very formulaic in this industry and I didn't find anyone significantly cheaper or more expensive.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

One of the things I look for first is the interior of the shop to see how they are organized and it did not disappoint with the output of their work!
Jason was very knowledgeable and was very detailed on what work will be done.
Nicole was very accommodating and friendly and was able to assist me all throughout!
As for the output of the work, I can say I chose the right body shop to finish the job! Work is incredible!

Jason and his team did an excellent job. The front of my bumper looked like it had been shot with a bb gun before, and now it looks like a brand new car. This location does excellent work. Would recommend.

Jason is a capable guy who explains all the details for what needs to be fixed or replaced with honest price options. If you care about honesty from an auto repair shop, this is the one to go. Much better than an official dealership. My go-to place for car issues. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about their work. I can't tell anything about their price. I didn't drive around comparing prices, as I was recovering from a surgery, with my family out of the country at the time.
On my first visit, I saw that their office and the washroom were as clean as those in the dealership. Cleanliness speaks volumes about a business, 'they would be meticulous with their work'.
Last winter, I'd had a collision. It was clear that the hood needed to be replaced. So, they ordered the hood and replaced it. The paint work Jason did was perfect! Matching the color of my car 'opal alabaster' may not have been easy, but they did an excellent job.
Then, a bit later, I noticed a few drops of oily fluid, took the car back there again.
The mechanic must have an extensive knowledge and lots of experience. He found a tiny breakage in the steering wheel hose( he showed it to me), so they ordered the part and replaced the hose. A couple of months later, I learned that the particular work of replacing the steering wheel line is very difficult, with a tiny space to work in. He never mentioned that.
He replaced the steering wheel fluid as well, since it was due.
(I remembered the service advisor at the dealership said my car was due for steering wheel fluid replacement and coolant).
The first couple weeks after the work, there was still a drop or two under the car( probably some residual fluid after the work).
After that, no more drippings :) So, his diagnosis of the problem was correct and the work he did was very well.

I had a great experience here recently. They quoted me half of what Toyota quoted me. They finished the work on time and even cleaned the interior of my car which I didn’t notice until later. Highly recommend!

Spectacular shop! Jason is cool, transparent, analytical, and super friendly.I brought my car in because some jackass smashed my rear bumper overnight while it was parked - and of course the idiot didn't leave a note or anything. Anyhow, Jason and team hopped to it and the results are nothing less than stellar.10/10.

I had to deal with insurance due to a car accident, but they took care of everything from start to finish. I am especially grateful to the female staff. I really, really recommend it. It's the best in Toronto.

I was a little careless while driving and left a pretty mark on my car :( Found this place on google and left my keys with Jason. Within just couple of days they manage to make the car like new again, Really Good Job !!
