UPTWN Lounge is a clean and beautiful hookah spot in Thornhill with a great ambience. The shisha is described as top-notch, amazing, premium, and not bad for the price, with a wide variety of all flavours. The food is solid and excellent quality, with specific mention of the nachos. The customer service is exceptional, impeccable, excellent, and friendly, with hardworking, accommodating, and attentive staff and owners who go above and beyond. The music is a definite vibe, featuring lots of afro beats; it is better than most clubs, not too loud, and a nice touch with cool laser lights. The lounge is considered one of the top places in the area, highly recommended, and worth a try, with plenty of parking available.
Good customer service, shisha wasn’t bad for the price and the place is clean! Music could be changed up from time to time but it’s probably the only good place in the area

I went here a few time and I absolutely loved it. The food, service and hookah is impeccable. Definitely going back!!!!

Had a birthday party here and the staff were great, we have a few more guests than expected and the staff went above and beyond in every way to accommodate us, and to make the whole night a good time. Music here is better than most clubs and a real vibe. Definitely worth a try.
