If I could I would give 10 stars for this particual store. It's the forth purchase I made here and never dissapointed. I'm really satisfied with their quality: comfortable to wear, feeling easy to my feet, and looking fancy. Customer service - always nice and patient. Never returned for refunds - I'll keep these beauties for myself :)). Definitely recomend it.

I’m glad this store still exists, considering that many shops in the mall have been permanently closed and/or non existent. We received help from a nice gentleman and luckily they had the size we were looking for. There was also a sale going on, which made our purchase easier. I would definitely shop here again. They sell a variety of good quality shoes at reasonable prices.

Just went to buy shoes for my daughter today. I used to buy a lot from walking on a cloud store but today was really upset with the poor quality of the shoes and very bad customer service. White platform at the back of the shoes was stained with blue ink. I asked for a discount. According to the policy of the company, if I get $10 off $130 shoes I would not be able to return it! The manager asked me to buy the stained shoes for the full price if I need to use their return policy which is 2 weeks. So I had to leave. Why someone would buy stained shoes for $130, if you can buy good ones for the price with 2 months return policy from the website of the same company? The manager is really useless and has no customer or negotiation skills. I don’t understand how this store is still in business. I am really sorry for hardworking salespeople there. Very bad management!

I have really bad experience at their store. The store manager is rude , she scream on me .
They said they have 6 months warranty but they dont have , it just advertising !!!!
Imagine when store manger is rude , how their customer service is .... think twice for shopping from their store . I paid 200 bucks for shoe after 1 months got damaged and they are not responsible for that .
